Improved ability to tailor services to clients
April 2008 -- After nearly 2 years of intense development, Nectar has become the
first to implement version 1.0 of the Visual Tracking & Tasking System (VTTS), a
software application built specifically for the processing of foreclosures. This first
release is targeted for Virginia based foreclosures. The wide ranging reporting
capabilities. tickler system, and visual status reference provide the tools to
empower Nectar to maximize efficiency, respond immediately to clients, and set
preferences to tailor the processing of their cases to the individual needs of the
client.
Already the system has greatly reduced the time in many critical functions and
practically eliminated human error in many important regards. This has allowed for
faster work streams, greater reliability in meeting the exacting details of
foreclosure regulations, and immediate access to all details of a specific case.
Coupled with supporting data on our client preferences and contacts, county and
newspaper specifics, and governmental regulations at all levels, we expect the
newly deployed system to be of great benefit in bringing client foreclosures to
fruition in the fastest, most efficient, and professional manner.
