At any time during the foreclosure process the borrower, the successor in interest, or a subsequent lien holder may cure the default by paying all of the delinquencies plus the fees and expenses of the Trustee. If during the foreclosure process funds are received sufficient to cure the default or payoff the loan, our office should be notified immediately.
