Once the sale has been completed, Nectar Projects Inc. will then prepare the sale
confirmation package. This package will include the following:

Sale Results (Reported within 24 hours of the sale)

Trustee's Deed Invoice
On FHA files we will provide a Part A package the day the deed is sent to record.
We will act upon recording instructions from our customer once the property is in
conveyance condition. The Part A package will contain:

First legal action document.

County recorder letter

Copy of the executed deed
In the Commonwealth of Virginia we prepare a report of the sale for the
Commissioner of Accounts (Final Accounting). When the Commissioner approves
the Report it is then filed with the Fiduciary cases in the Circuit Court. The
Commissioner Report includes a complete accounting of the funds distributed
through the sale and proof that accurate mailings and publication procedures were
used by the Trustee.
We provide a client report on a monthly basis or more often if requested. Our
custom designed computer tracking system gives us the flexibility to create
special reports. We track all of your guidelines and ensure that the government
timelines are met.
