2. The Foreclosure Process

Nectar utilizes a sophisticated custom tracking and action system to move the foreclosure process forward on all applicable tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible in accordance with the terms of the deed of trust and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The status of the file, and any problem areas, are communicated to the client immediately. A problem in one area does not prevent Nectar from proceeding to move ahead completing other tasks. Nectar considers communication of the file status to our client of critical importance.
